Your Responsibilities:
- Handle customers and internal users requests via chat, email, and phone in English

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute)
- Able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply
