Role Overview:
- Lead Total Expert's Technical Account Management team and own the Admin Copilot subscription business.
- Partner across Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Finance to scale delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow recurring revenue and expand capabilities with AI tooling and productized services.
- Set technical standards, manage capacity, and develop technical talent.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in leading technical delivery organizations with P&L ownership.
- Deep expertise in APIs, integrations, data, and AI.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $160,000-$200,000 annually.
