Growth Operations Team Sr. Manager

About the Role:

• You will build and scale new operational programs within a fast-growing technology environment.
• You will take ownership of strategic initiatives from early-stage concepts through launch.
• You will work at the intersection of operations, partnerships, product, and customer success.

Accountabilities:

• Take ownership of strategic growth programs from pilots to full-scale deployment.
• Build and operationalize repeatable processes, documentation, and performance standards.
• Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience taking initiatives from concept or MVP stage into scalable services.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience using low-code platforms such as Retool or Airtable.
