Customer Success Manager, Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales targets within SMB Cohort, communicating with Spanish and English speaking customers.
• Provide strong interactions with customers at Senior Management level, negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
• Maintain a structured cadence with named accounts, build relationships, present solutions, and close deals.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
• Strong technical knowledge of software integrations, implementation, and support.
