Global Agency Lead

About the Role:

• This is a senior individual contributor role with clear line of sight to building a team.
• You'll define the strategy for how Amplitude recruits, activates, and grows a global portfolio of agency and consulting partners.
• The role has a specific focus on workflow transformation and analytics practice development.

What You'll Do:

• You'll be the person who walks into a Merkle or a Publicis Sapient and can have a peer-level conversation.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure partners are driving real customer outcomes.
• Represent Amplitude at key industry events with a point of view that makes agency leaders want to partner.

What We're Looking For:

• 7–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting.
• Strong executive presence, managing partner relationships at the VP/C-suite level.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership; this role has a lot of white space.
