Inbound Sales Performance Leader

About the Role:

• This is an initial 90-day performance engagement to demonstrate measurable improvement in the inbound sales team's conversion rate.
• Success leads to a long-term leadership opportunity based on results, not resumes.
• You'll join a company with a strong foundation in AI-assisted call analysis, CRM dashboards, and weekly sales workshops.

What You'll Do:

• Coach sales consultants through structured one-on-one coaching and role-play sessions using real customer scenarios.
• Inspect execution to ensure coaching becomes a daily habit and hold salespeople accountable for consistently executing the sales methodology.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Operations to improve the customer experience and reduce operational issues.

How You'll Be Measured:

• Primary KPI: Team Conversion Rate. Supporting KPIs include Revenue per Quote, Maintenance Plan Attachment Rate, and Sales-Created Operational Errors.
• Success is measured by results, not activity; you'll be evaluated on the measurable improvement of the people you lead.
• You'll be expected to have earned the team's trust and produced measurable improvements in conversion and sales quality within 90 days.
