About the Role:
- Own and exceed quota by closing new logo deals with employers of 7,500+ employees.
- Manage full-cycle enterprise sales including outbound prospecting, discovery, and negotiation.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders across HR and Benefits teams.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions into HR/Benefits departments at large employers.
- Deep understanding of U.S. employer benefits ecosystem and mental health trends.
