- We are a remote, mission-driven team focused on improving learning environments one classroom at a time.
The Role:
- As Senior Sales Coach, you will raise revenue team performance through hands-on, data-informed coaching.
- You'll partner with NBEs and CSMs, coaching them and their leaders to sharpen selling and expansion skills.
What You'll Do:
- Coach sellers 1:1, in small groups, and 1:many with interactive live virtual training.
- Develop individualized development plans using performance data and MEDDPICC methodology.
- Coach front-line managers to strengthen their coaching and deal-review skills.
