About the Role:

  • Own the full sales cycle for Fieldguide's Internal Audit AI platform within government and public sector organizations.
  • Build and develop the public sector territory from the ground up, starting with federal and expanding into state, local, and higher education.
  • Use a consultative, partner-driven approach to guide organizations through a shift in how internal audit functions operate.

What You'll Do:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics while navigating public sector-specific buying cycles.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers like Inspector Generals and audit directors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure customer needs are met.

About You:

  • Deep understanding of the public sector buying environment with 5+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions and managing multithreaded sales processes.
  • Comfortable building in ambiguity and motivated by a team-oriented startup environment.
