- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, partnering closely with senior leadership.
- Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage passive and active sales talent.
- Use data and market insights to drive hiring decisions and optimize pipeline health.

- You have 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Sales or GTM in tech/fintech.
- You are a confident communicator who can challenge assumptions and close competitive candidates.
