About the Role:
- You will be the guest's point of contact for a portfolio of short-term rental cabins in the Smoky Mountains.
- This role covers evening hours when the local on-site team is off, with weekend coverage required.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and respond to guest messages across text, email, and messaging platforms.
- Resolve common questions using a detailed property knowledge base and coordinate after-hours maintenance.
What You Bring:
- Prior guest communications, customer service, or hospitality experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English and a calm, proactive problem-solving approach.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week with weekend coverage and two consecutive days off.
- Remote position working U.S. Eastern Time hours.
