Proactively outbound to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn (~60–80 dials per day depending on research and call outcomes)
Research target accounts to understand their structure, workflows, and pain points
Confidently navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers with clear, value-driven messaging

Requirements:

1.5–2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech
Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach
Strong phone presence and comfort leading discovery conversations

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 + Performance-Based Commission
