What you’ll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation.
- Support people ops: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, benefits, compliance.
- Improve processes: identify and implement scalable HR workflows.
What we look for:
- 3-5+ years recruiting experience with HR exposure.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
