What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives selling into the sub-250 employee segment.
- Own the Commercial segment number, accountable for team attainment, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Spend time in deals, review pipelines, and help reps navigate technical and commercial complexity.
What You Bring:
- A track record of success as a quota-carrying AE in a technical sales environment.
- Experience leading or mentoring other sellers and coaching, not just directing.
- Technical credibility with engineers and strong commercial instincts.
