Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals across the Trade and Payments verticals, driving ambitious growth targets.
- Develop and execute a unified sales strategy for acquiring and retaining large-scale enterprise clients, including financial institutions and fintech platforms.
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure, building long-term strategic relationships with C-suite executives.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years in a leadership or VP-level sales role with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, digital assets, and cryptocurrency space, with a strong network of institutional contacts.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and closing large, multi-year enterprise deals.
