Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive sales by recruiting, managing, and mentoring a dedicated team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.
- Personally own and drive the sales cycle to secure the first paying customers and validate product-market fit.
- Build the GTM playbook, document messaging and competitive positioning, and work with enablement to scale.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS experience with a background in sales, strategy, marketing, or business development.
- Proven leadership as a player-coach with entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity.
- Data-driven mindset and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
