Role Expectations:
- Recruit, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets.
- Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition.
- Be the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly.

- You act like an owner with a bias for action and integrity, navigating between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are a problem-solver who runs towards challenges and focuses on finding solutions for the biggest impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
- 5 - 8+ years of direct sales leadership experience in the software/SaaS space.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
