About the role:

  • Manage a team of 8-10 sales professionals including BDRs and Account Executives.
  • Drive new logos and annual recurring revenue for the SMB/Commercial segment.
  • Report to the Senior Director of Sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent aligned with company culture.
  • Forecast ARR monthly and quarterly to provide performance insights.
