About the role:
- Manage a team of 8-10 sales professionals including BDRs and Account Executives.
- Drive new logos and annual recurring revenue for the SMB/Commercial segment.
- Report to the Senior Director of Sales.
What you'll be doing:
- Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent aligned with company culture.
- Forecast ARR monthly and quarterly to provide performance insights.
- Partner cross-functionally to innovate and improve processes.
We're looking for:
- Strong leadership balancing empathy with accountability.
- Experience managing full cycle sales teams in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale methodologies.
