What you'll actually do:
- Partner, don't just execute: Work closely with hiring managers to shape role briefs and challenge assumptions.
- Own candidate experience end-to-end: Design and protect the candidate experience, from first outreach to offer or rejection.
- Make our systems smarter: Support how Lever is used, improving pipeline hygiene, reporting, and workflow design.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in talent acquisition: Meaningful time spent in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
- Deep ATS fluency: Owned or improved how an ATS is used at a company level, ideally Lever.
- AI literacy: Actively use AI tools in your recruiting workflow and can articulate what works and what doesn't.
