Client Onboarding:
- Manage client onboarding, ensuring they are supported to implement VALD systems.
- Provide clients with the tools to successfully use VALD products.
- Identify client support needs and growth opportunities.
Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with clients through online methods and face-to-face interactions.
- Understand and share the client’s perspective and challenges.
- Ensure client satisfaction in the delivery of services.
Daily Tasks:
- Conduct online client presentations using Microsoft Teams.
- Track and report activity using SaaS applications like HubSpot and Microsoft Suite.
- Manage multiple assignments and support requests independently or with other team members.
