Revenue Growth:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
- Analyze customer needs to tailor solutions and ensure profitability.
Account Expansion & Retention:
- Develop strategies to expand accounts and deepen relationships.
- Use data insights to prevent churn and maintain loyalty.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work with Customer Success and other teams for seamless experience.
- Navigate ambiguity and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in account management or sales, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven success in growing revenue and managing key stakeholders.
