About the Position:
- Early-career opportunity for a Renewal Specialist to own on-time renewals of software subscriptions.
- Work closely with customers to retain and expand the Sonatype footprint.
What You Will Do:
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to close renewals and expansions.
- Review customer renewal information, usage data, and subscription history.
- Proactively connect with customers before expiration to ensure on-time execution.
What We Are Seeking:
- Experience in high-volume environments with multiple priorities.
- Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and pricing.
- Strong preference for candidates in EST or CST.
