The role:
- Own the full renewal cycle for ~60 Enterprise accounts per quarter.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close contracts with procurement and technical champions.
- Partner with CSMs on risk and keep forecasts and CRM accurate.
What we need:
- B2B SaaS renewals or commercial CS experience with high-volume portfolios.
- Strong operational rigor in forecasting, CRM hygiene, and contract mechanics.
- A builder mindset who can create structure and leverage automation.
