Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the platform and strategic partnerships strategy, including identifying and validating new partner types and go-to-market motions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare platform landscape to anticipate trends and competitive moves.
Sourcing & Execution:
- Proactively source and qualify high-potential digital platform partners and lead complex partnership cycles from discovery to contracting.
- Structure creative commercial models like co-selling or embedded offerings and collaborate with Legal and Finance to balance growth and risk.
Leadership & Performance:
- Work with Product and Clinical leaders to align partnerships with the roadmap and quality standards, and collaborate on joint GTM plans with Sales and Marketing.
- Establish clear success metrics, own a robust pipeline, forecast accurately against revenue KPIs, and provide regular executive updates.
