What you’ll be doing:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia.
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Conducting HR interviews and assessing candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit.
We’d love to see:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in international hiring.
- Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles.
