The Role:
- We need a sharp, people-first IT Helpdesk Specialist to keep our global remote team running smoothly.
- You'll resolve everyday issues quickly, route tricky ones smartly, and build IT foundations.
What You'll Do:
- Own first-line support through Jira and Slack, triaging and resolving requests.
- Manage accounts, passwords, permissions, and MFA setup.
- Onboard and offboard users, and keep documentation sharp.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid grounding in Windows/macOS and everyday hardware/software.
- Clear English and a calm, kind approach under pressure.
- A methodical troubleshooter eager to learn IT processes.
