The kind of problems you'll work on:
- Flag and resolve inventory feed over-utilization before it becomes a client issue.
- Analyze flat client growth data and build a plan to get it moving again.
- Own upsell conversations and coordinate internally to fix supply-client compatibility issues.
Role scope:
- Full account ownership post-onboarding: performance, retention, and revenue growth.
- Participate in onboarding for complex accounts as determined by the Lead KAM.
- Close upsell and cross-sell opportunities directly with clients.
