What You’ll Do:
- Use your Loop product expertise to deliver best-in-class service and support to merchants.
- Interact with merchants to provide information and process requests, concerns, and inquiries about our product.
- Analyze symptoms and ask the right questions to find the root cause of merchant issues.
Your Experience:
- Two years in a customer or merchant support role, known as the go-to product expert.
- Comfortable working hours that may differ from your peers in global companies.
- Able to create exceptional partnerships with customers, fulfilling their needs.
Bonus points:
- Worked in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or with Shopify.
- Experience troubleshooting API integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL and web development using HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
