Client Portfolio Management:
- Own a portfolio of foundational clients under a standardized service model.
- Build lasting relationships, drive client and patient impact.
- Deliver reporting, lead renewals, and resolve issues.
Implementation Coordination:
- Own the implementation project plan and coordinate timelines, meetings, and decisions.
- Support launch, data, eligibility, and internal readiness workstreams.
- Strengthen processes by maintaining and improving templates and resources.
Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of client-facing experience in client success, account management, or project management.
- Exceptional organization and project management skills with a track record of managing multiple clients.
- Clear communication and sound judgment to escalate issues appropriately.
