Manager, Solutions Architect - CEUR

Role Overview:

• Manage a distributed team of Solutions Architects working with customers across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe.
• Act as a player-coach, stepping into high-impact opportunities to secure technical wins and build customer confidence.
• Guide technical strategy across complex sales motions and translate customer requirements into clear business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Set clear direction and enable high-quality execution for a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects.
• Partner directly on strategic opportunities, build executive relationships, and coach the team through complex sales cycles.
• Maintain operational discipline across workload planning, resource allocation, headcount planning, and opportunity forecasting.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience managing technical teams in software or technology sales, pre-sales, or consulting across Central Europe.
• Strong background in solution architecture with ability to relate technical depth to customer business value.
• Proven success developing, mentoring, and scaling Solutions Architecture practices in growing businesses.
