About the Role:
- You will deliver Renewal targets and upsell in specific accounts, proactively managing day-to-day account activities.
- You will mitigate customer escalations with urgency and build strong cross-departmental relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships, including closing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
- 2-5 years of account management experience in tech solutions for large enterprises.
- Strong forecasting, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple systems.
