Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consulting partners, and client organizations to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
- Guide clients through plan design strategies, adoption, and optimization, including education on trends, new products, and cost-containment strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze client data, develop reports, and present insights to support business decisions and enhance service delivery.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and renewals, ensuring clarity, preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Identify at-risk accounts, develop action plans in collaboration with internal teams, and escalate issues as needed.
Implementation and Support:
- Support implementation of new clients, products, and business initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
- Work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with internal teams.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative work culture focused on growth and client success.
