About the Role:
- Lead a team of Account Executives focused on Affirm's most strategic retail opportunities across fashion, beauty, apparel, sporting goods, electronics, furniture, and lifestyle categories.
- Report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Retail Sales and remain hands-on in complex commercial opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Coach and develop experienced AEs, shape complex deals, and build relationships with senior merchant executives.
- Drive operational excellence by leveraging data, AI, and modern tools for planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal strategy.
- Partner across Product, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to resolve escalations and influence company-level initiatives.
What We Look For:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or commercial leadership experience, including leading senior sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Proven success managing senior quota-carrying Account Executives through large, complex sales cycles.
- Strong judgment, communication, and executive presence to influence C-level stakeholders and drive high-performing sales talent.
