Responsibilities:
- Interact with users directly via email and chat to resolve issues promptly.
- Brainstorm inventive solutions to tackle urgent customer problems.
- Identify site and app issues and communicate properly to internal teams.

Compensation:
- The annual US hourly rate is $24.10 per hour.
- This role includes unlimited PTO, 12-weeks fully paid parental leave, and benefits.
- Must be located in the US, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic.
