Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team, aligning with business needs.
- Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, offering valuable insights into sales performance and revenue metrics.
- Execute prioritized projects for EMEA sales leaders, identifying high-impact opportunities through data analysis.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for improvement within process or system enhancements for sales operations.
- Assist with CRM hygiene enforcement and coaching for sales managers and leaders.
- Develop reporting within relevant tools to enable individual contributors and managers to run their business effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently or within a team.
