Sales Operations Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team, aligning with business needs.
• Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, offering valuable insights into sales performance and revenue metrics.
• Execute prioritized projects for EMEA sales leaders, identifying high-impact opportunities through data analysis.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Identify areas for improvement within process or system enhancements for sales operations.
• Assist with CRM hygiene enforcement and coaching for sales managers and leaders.
• Develop reporting within relevant tools to enable individual contributors and managers to run their business effectively.

Required Skills:

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently or within a team.
