Your Role:
- Support authors and creative professionals, reviewing projects and optimizing user funnels.
- Maintain FAQs, suggest product features, and keep our NPS at 86%.
- Work every other weekend as part of a supportive team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer support experience with tools like Intercom, Crisp, or Zendesk.
- Strong writing skills and a native-level command of English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with CRO and automation expertise.
