Responsibilities:
- Build exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, and developing Provider Partnerships Managers.
- Shape regional strategy and deliver commercial results through referral and growth goals.
- Lead executive partnerships with health systems and provider organizations.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years leading commercial, sales, or partnership teams, preferably in healthcare.
- Demonstrated success hiring and developing quota-carrying field teams.
- Strong executive presence and experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
