What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or total rewards analysis.
- Proven expertise in equity administration and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
What you will be doing and owning:
- Own end-to-end equity and LTI program administration.
- Oversee retirement plans and serve as backup compensation analyst.
- Develop financial models and reporting linking rewards to performance.
