What You'll Do:
- Understand and translate customer operational goals into a plan with successful software configuration.
- Document SaaS software configuration, prepare and execute testing and data conversions.
- Assist customers in navigating the technical aspects of the onboarding process.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role and training capacity.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus.
- Spanish bilingual is a plus.
