Role Overview:
- Lead non-US benefits programs including insurance, time away, and retirement, ensuring compliance and global alignment.
- Serve as regional benefits expert for Canada/Latin America, managing statutory and supplemental benefits.
- Operate in a matrixed global organization, building governance and driving alignment across stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience with 6 years in international benefits, strong focus on Canada or Latin America.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build governance models in large, global organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
