What You'll Do:

Own first-tier IT support across Slack, Notion, Jira, and calls.
Support macOS and iOS devices, MDM, and identity management via Okta.
Improve hardware asset tracking and IT operations processes.

Required Skills:

Experience in IT operations, service desk, or endpoint administration.
Hands-on experience with macOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms.
Knowledge of identity management, SSO, and hardware asset management.
