Job Description:

• You will help build a world-class sales development team utilizing the SaaS Predictable Revenue sales model.
• You will motivate your team in a 100% remote environment, solving challenges like experience levels, teamwork, and pipeline hygiene without in-person interaction.
• You will train the team to understand client needs, generate qualified opportunities, and build strong relationships with remote coworkers.

• You are a strong, highly communicative manager with a mind for teamwork and solving unique challenges.
• You are a fantastic judge of talent, a great coach, and a top-notch mentor.
• You are experienced managing remote Sales Reps and well-acquainted with the world of VC-funded startups.
