About the job:
- We're looking for an Account Executive to grow revenue at Paragon, ideal for a technical, consultative closer.
- This role owns the full sales cycle for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
- It offers high ownership and input into building the sales process.
What you'll do:
- Own your pipeline end to end: source, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and manage renewals.
- Sell to technical buyers, explaining Paragon's technical features clearly.
- Run outbound alongside marketing with targeted lists and cold outreach.
Who you are:
- 6+ years full-cycle sales experience at a B2B SaaS or AI company, closing $50k-$500k ACV deals.
- Technical enough to converse with engineers and CTOs, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Bonus: experience selling developer tools or APIs at a growth-stage company.
