Role Overview:
- The Integrations & Technical Support Specialist is the central point for onboarding and supporting API integrations.
- You will ensure data flows cleanly across the food delivery network by diagnosing issues, training partners, and turning edge cases into reliable connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new API integrations end-to-end with restaurant brands and third-party vendors.
- Investigate and resolve issues originating in API processes, interpreting JSON, XML, and GraphQL payloads.
- Provide technical training and collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Trainers.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of API integrations and hands-on troubleshooting experience with technical integrations.
- Comfort reading and interpreting JSON and XML, with willingness to learn GraphQL.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
