Overview:
- Partner with U.S. and Canada Video Game card partners to help them successfully adopt products.
- Ensure partners meet their business goals by introducing innovative Blackhawk capabilities.
- Provide quality service by offering ongoing support and analyzing market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Video Game card partner relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build relationships within Blackhawk clients, adding value and services to existing accounts.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability goals, and performance targets for clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
- Prior experience working with mid-market and enterprise level accounts.
- Experience with consumer-facing, web-based products and services.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a client-focused orientation.
