What you will do:
- Own and evolve Acorns’ global compensation and benefits strategy.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to leadership.
- Lead end-to-end global compensation programs.
What you will bring:
- 9+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards management.
- Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation, job leveling, and advanced data analysis.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully implementing system enhancements.
