Responsibilities:
- Deliver live and virtual customer training on CreatorIQ platform.
- Support webinars and recurring enablement programs.
- Execute training aligned to standardized curriculum.
Experience:
- 1+ years in customer enablement, training, or CS in SaaS.
- Proven experience delivering live customer training.
- Strong written communication skills.
