Client Group Coverage:
- Serve as the primary operational HR contact for assigned client groups.
- Manage employee inquiries across People help channels and route complex matters to People Partners.
- Run employee lifecycle processes end-to-end with cross-functional partners.
HRIS Data Migration Support:
- Audit and clean employee data in preparation for migration.
- Identify and flag data discrepancies or gaps for resolution.
- Complete data entry, validation, and QA tasks as directed by the project lead.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob and/or BambooHR) and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
