Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage key enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth within the rental real estate sector.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and contract execution.
- Manage a strategic sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track progress and accurately forecast revenue.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and generating substantial revenue growth.
- Experience leveraging outbound prospecting channels such as phone, email, and social media.
