What You’ll Do:
- Drive new customer acquisition for Element Fleet Essentials.
- Own revenue targets and growth objectives within an assigned portfolio.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial sales, business development, or customer management.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a new business or growth-focused role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and results orientation.
- Strong process discipline, including CRM usage, forecasting, and pipeline management.
