What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new customer acquisition for Element Fleet Essentials.
  • Own revenue targets and growth objectives within an assigned portfolio.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial sales, business development, or customer management.
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a new business or growth-focused role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and results orientation.
  • Strong process discipline, including CRM usage, forecasting, and pipeline management.
